Brian Eno/14 Video Paintings ....DVD
These 'video paintings' were created in the early '80s by Brian Eno
for art gallery exhibition. Viewers are presented with a series of
'paintings' that slowly evolve, with 'Thursday Afternoon' focusing on
the human figure and 'Mistaken Memories...' on the Manhattan skyline.
The music that accompanies 'Mistaken Memories...' comes from two of
Eno's acclaimed ambient albums (On Land and Music For Airports) and
features an unreleased track. The music on 'Thursday Afternoon' is a
different version than what appears on Eno's album of the same name.
Deluxe digi-pak packaging with 16-page color booklet and liner notes
by Brian Eno. First time on DVD, digitally re-mastered and available
together for the first time. EXTRAS: Vertical and horizontal viewing
options.

Playing it now. It includes Mistaken memories of Mediaeval Manhattan,
and Thursday Afternoon (the full 84 minute version). Each can be
viewed horizontally or vertically. It's absolutely gorgeous.
