Difference between the 2 UK releases of B & A Science on CD

Hi all
I've noticed that there are 2 different covers for the cd, one has no
border, one has a white border (as per the original vinyl release).

Does anyone know if this is the only difference or is the quality better on
one over the other? (there is a price difference i've noticed - the one with
no border is more expensive)

to the best of my knowledge cliff (which isn't saying much) The copy with no
white boarder is remastered, the copy with the boarder is not. I don't have
a remastered copy so I can't tell you how they compare

The version in the digipack in plastic sleeve (Original Masters) is better
sound quality than the one in the jewel case (which may be badged "Nice
Price").
