Yes, I have it and I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed. Just doesn't do much for
me. It seems a bit soulless to me. The old Fripp & Eno stuff evokes lots of
emotions for me--the new CD just evokes disappointment.
I recently purchased another CD by Plotkin and Gutzeit called Mosquito Dream
that is also highly treated guitar work. I find that work much better. It seems
to do what I loved about Eno's earlier work--bringing something organic out of
electronics.
Of course all this is IMHO and YMMV.

I have had a listen to it a couple of times. I quite like it, nice noodley
droney sound. I don't think it has as much of a statement to make as No
Pussyfooting, not quite so extreme, this one seems like a more refined and
reflective development. I think it is growing on me though

Cheers

i like it quite a bit. the backings sound similar to "index of metals", "on
land" and "apollo" and the guitar playing is restrained and delicate.
nothing as instantly amazing as "swastica girls" was for me nor as
structured and lovely as "wind on water" et al but i think it's the best
thing eno's done in years.

If the verdict is that it is better than Hevenly Colours Parts 1-5,
then I'll support them!
